By creating an account or using Namma Billing you agree to these terms.

The service

Namma Billing is cloud software for billing, inventory and business management, provided on a subscription basis. Features, limits (such as locations, users, products and invoices) and prices depend on the plan you choose, as shown on the Pricing page.

Your account

• You must give correct details and keep your login details secret.
• You are responsible for the actions of users you create in your account.
• You must use the software only for lawful business purposes.

Your data and tax compliance

You own the data you enter. You are responsible for the correctness of your products, prices, tax rates, HSN codes and invoices, and for filing your own tax returns. The software is a tool to help you; please check important figures with your accountant.

Payments and renewal

Plans are paid in advance for the period chosen. If a plan is not renewed, access to the software may be limited until payment is made. Taxes (such as GST) apply as shown at checkout.

Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be short breaks for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by such breaks.

Changes

We may update features, plans or these terms. Important changes will be informed on the website or by e-mail.
